In 2005, we stepped away from our work station and into the heart of what matters most — service, unity, and giving back.

In honour of Nelson Mandela’s legacy, our staff dedicated time to clean dishes in the SANCCOB food preparation kitchen and wash and hang towels in their linen room for our special feathered animals.
